Hi! I'm Christina Aldan —an international keynote speaker, TEDx Speaker, Trainer, and Brand Strategy Consultant.

I’m all about sharing simple, actionable steps that have worked for myself, my coaching clients, and mentees worldwide. I’ve walked the walk, cultivating a wide range of tools which have transformed not just my life, but the lives of others as well.

I’ve had quite the journey from humble beginnings in a one-room shack in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Yep, no insulation or plumbing in my formative years —just a good ol’ well for water.

Growing up, my parents both worked tirelessly to make ends meet for our family of six. That meant hustling for better living conditions and getting off of welfare, but it also meant they couldn’t always focus on nurturing emotional intelligence within my siblings and me. I'll be honest, I was a really insecure child who overcompensated by being extra obnoxious. I was an emotional and lively kid.

College was an eye-opener for me. It showed me I had a lot to learn about handling life's ups and downs, setting boundaries, and understanding social norms. Drama seemed to follow me everywhere, making it a challenge to keep my grades up (how could I focus with all that drama going on?!?).

Post-college, my career path wasn’t straight and narrow —I wore many hats in various industries, but in my late 20s, I decided I wanted better outcomes and if I was going to find success in life, I was going to have to make some changes.

Through a roller coaster of experiences and a fierce commitment to improvement, I created a career where I now travel globally, speaking and running workshops on how regular people like you and me can level-up using social and emotional intelligence.

Nowadays, as an international keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and trainer, I motivate and inspire around topics like emotional resilence and Mental Health First Aid, speaking at events across all seven continents. It’s been quite the journey, and I'm stoked to keep sharing what I’ve learned to inspire that rapid transformation in others.

Success isn't "One-Size-Fits-All"

I've discovered that success isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. It means different strokes for different folks —a guilt-free vacation, some extra cash, powerful connections, or maybe just fostering more self-love. Whatever success means for you, let me help you access tools and techniques that will help shift your results. Even if you have a bit of an abnormal brain like me and you aren't a "normie," there are tweaks I've learned that make daily habits and life easier on the road to achieving your best career results.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
